Initial Support (First Week)

During the first week following installation, we will provide daily phone check-ins to ensure the solar system is operating efficiently. Our team will be available for immediate assistance should any issues arise. If an intervention is required, our technicians will be on-call and ready to provide support.

Ongoing Support (First Month)

After the first week, support will transition to weekly phone check-ins during the first month to ensure continued system performance and address any emerging issues.

Regular Maintenance (First Year)

For the first year, we will conduct monthly on-site visits to ensure the system’s ongoing efficiency and performance. This includes:

  • Panel Cleaning
  • Cable & Connection Checks
  • Battery Charging

These maintenance services will be provided free of charge during the first year.

24/7 Support Hotline

Our 24/7 customer support hotline will be available for assistance. Our team of engineers is on standby and can respond to urgent situations, with a commitment to dispatch an engineer to the site within 24 hours in case of emergencies.

Warranty Coverage & Additional Costs

Issues falling outside of warranty coverage, such as damage from misuse or non-compliance, are the client’s responsibility. Repair or replacement costs for these situations will be the client’s accountability.
